I’m Ron Crabtree, CEO and founder of MetaOps and MetaExperts, incorporated 19 years ago. There are tons of information about me and my company on the internet and on our website – MetaExperts.com. We started out as a management consulting firm focused on thought leadership in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain. We continue to be thought leaders in how to win by applying OpEx best practices in a wide range of management, technical and industry disciplines.

We have carved out a specialty niche as a trusted partner for top-level interim and contract-to-hire professionals that solve difficult business problems for our customers. 2. You are someone who thrives on helping executives discover and find a way to solve very difficult business problems.
3. You bring your own network of contacts and have personal stature and credibility to talk frankly – as an equal - with people with a $billion+ in P&L responsibility.
4. You have personal skills in solving difficult business problems in your career – in consulting or an executive role.
5. You bring expert skills to assess a situation, ask questions and help build a business case for action.
