After building a strong background in workforce development from my time in career counseling and job/training placement, I moved into a business development role that allowed me to combine my passion for serving with my motivation to bring my organization business and foster growth for the company.
I am constantly networking and building relationships. Many of these relationships lead to new partnerships and contracts for my company. The ones that don’t usually lead to referrals for new customers.
