I always knew I'd be in sales. As a marketer, my job is to convince people they need my product and as a philosopher, my job is to convince them I'm right. I originally sold hiring assessments and then entered the competitive and cut-throat world of yellow page sales (remember those?). My advertising sales transitioned to digital sales and television sales before becoming an independent marketing consultant where I'm responsible for selling my skills and increasing business leads for my clients through integrated marketing strategies.
