Panoply is an exciting solution that empowers companies to easily Sync, Store, and Access business data without having to employ a dedicated data team. Panoply targets SMBs and works directly with business owners, C-suite executives, data analysts, marketers, to help streamline their data.

Panoply’s managed data warehouse is a service (SaaS subscription) offering native connectors built right into the platform (ELT - Extract, Load, Transform) and built on Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery. Once the data is organized in Panoply, the user connects to their Business Intelligence tool (BI) in order to view and create dashboards to make data-driven decisions and run analytics on this otherwise hard to read data.

The Responsibilities for this Role Include:
● Manage hybrid mix of inbound and self-sourced outbound leads
● 40 calls or 3 discovery calls/demos booked per day
● Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Seamless.ai, Intercom, and various other tools for daily workflow and prospecting
● Pipeline organization within Salesforce
● Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals!

Basic Qualifications
● 2+ years SDR/BDR/AE experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
● Experience working with SMBs
● Have a passion for sales and a desire to learn about data warehousing and analytics
● Be coachable and willing to adapt and grow based on constructive feedback
● Can self-motivate and hold yourself accountable while working remotely
● Have the ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease
● Okay with and excited by changes in process as we grow
● You feel confident using tools like SalesForce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
