This exciting position focuses on selling and renewing advertising and building compelling marketing programs for clients. Strong cold-calling techniques, lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. A background in digital advertising sales, with specific focus on SEO and PPC, and good analytical skills are the keys to success. Familiarity with HubSpot is also helpful.   • The successful candidate will actively manage prospects and own the entire sales process from prospecting through phone calls, referrals, and qualified leads
  • Through consultative selling, analyzing customer needs, creating proposals and presentations, and negotiating to close new business
  • Retaining existing advertisers through the use of outstanding customer service and maintaining relationships working alongside our project management team while looking for upsell opportunities
  • Daily use of a CRM tool and other sales enablement technology including Zoom, calendar tools and reporting software
  • Manage production of presentations, proposals, agreements and other sales documents
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets


  • Minimum three+ years of successful digital advertising sales experience; intermediate understanding of SEO, PPC and SEM is required
  • Superior presentation skills and professional presence
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Top sales performer in previous roles a plus
  • Flexible, detail oriented and manages multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter who is also an effective team player with strong follow-through
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel for trade shows, conferences, and meetings on a limited basis
