Pixel Benefits is looking for an experienced Sales Rep Cold Call to join our growing team. The Sales Rep Cold Call will be responsible for reaching out to new and existing customers to generate leads and sales. You will need to have a thorough understanding of our products/services, such as business websites, business marketing, business advertisement, auto-text and email campaigns, social media marketing, and SEO optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to potential customers via cold calls to generate leads and sales.

• Developing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Keeping accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

• Updating customer profiles in the database.

• Identifying new opportunities for sales and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a cold call setting.

• Knowledge of the business industry, products/services, and customer base.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
