We’re seeking a qualified outbound sales development representative (SDR) to find and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Job Description:

The sales development representative (SDR) finds and qualifies potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. The outbound SDR focuses on outbound lead generation, strategies to identify prospects, initiate the first outreach and qualify outbound leads to Account Executives. Our objective in the Las Vegas region is to concentrate in the event/tradeshow space.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries
- Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Attend local events to prospect new opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Hubspot
- Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts
- Schedule demonstrations between Account Executives and potential customers
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets

Key Competences:
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
