***Salesfolks does not support commission-only sales. If you are looking for commission-only salespeople or sales teams, we are not a good fit for your business. Salesfolks also exclusively works with sales opportunities where the quota (net-new sales) is at or above $100,000. If you are looking to generate less than $100,000 in new sales, we are not a good fit for your business.
Why Does Salesfolks Require a Retainer?
Salesfolks works exclusively with independent sales contractors who operate as sales teams. The retainer that your business invests is primarily used by the sales team for one or more of the following reasons:
  • To ensure your business is committed to the relationship
  • To have a minimum amount of income to focus on your sales goals
  • To provide a predictable source of income to pay bills
  • To be able to thrive through sometimes long and complex sales cycles
  • To offset out-of-pocket expenses incurred (e.g. phone, internet, software)
