Account Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Full Stack Account Executive to spearhead end-to-end sales efforts for our AI products. As a crucial early team member in our growing startup, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of SuperAGI as we push the boundaries of what AI can achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies for identifying and engaging potential clients. Build a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process, including qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and strategic partners. Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.
- Product Knowledge & Consultation: Understand SuperAGI’s AI solutions inside and out, and consult with potential clients to tailor solutions that align with their business needs and goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to position SuperAGI’s products effectively in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, optimize sales efforts, and ensure smooth handoffs across the customer journey.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales metrics, report on pipeline progress, and provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, or AI-related field.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience in consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-based selling.
- Strong understanding of AI products and their application in business solutions (or the willingness to quickly learn).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership..
