Account Manager

What You'll Do Be the go-to contact for your clients—understand their needs, build trust, and deliver solutions. You'll do sales, and actively sell our rental, installation, and production services to new and existing clients. Bring new sales opportunities to the company by building relationships and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute show-stopping events. Keep up with emails, calls, and follow-ups to stay on top of your projects. Hit your sales goals (and earn commission while doing it!) Manage project paperwork and logistics—pull sheets, receipts, and more. Recommend the best rental packages, install services, or sales options based on client needs. Solve problems fast and keep events running smoothly.

You’re a Great Fit If You: If you're a fresh or recent graduate with big ambition and a drive to build real-world experience in events, sales, and client relations. With sales or event experience is an advantage but not required. Are excited about the AV / event production world and want to work with top-tier clients. Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally. Stay organized while handling multiple projects and deadlines. Enjoy fast-paced environments and solving challenges under pressure. Are willing to work on-site and get hands-on with real events.
