B2B Sales Rep

The B2B Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. You must have the ability to productively manage your time, have a strong work ethic and good self-discipline. You must be persuasive, goal-driven and have the hunter-type entrepreneurial personality that drives you to build a book of business of your own. It's also important that you have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

**Responsibilities: (but not limited to) **

  • Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies across various channels.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and engage to convert potential customers into loyal
  • clients. 
  • Conduct business-to-business visits to introduce staffing services.
  • Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Collect contact information and coordinate appointments with interested prospects.
  • Assess prospect's needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and address objections.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor when
  • interacting 
  • Adhere to company policies and values during interactions
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication to nurture leads.
  • Move potential customers through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate terms and service agreements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service 

**Requirements **

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor for building rapport with potential clients

  • Ability to prepare rate quotes, proposals and follow up letters 
  • Experience with maintaining sales quotas and heavy phone contact
