B2B Sales Rep

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)   Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies across various channels.  Identify and qualify potential leads and engage to convert potential customers into loyal clients.   Conduct business-to-business visits to introduce staffing services.  Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.  Collect contact information and coordinate appointments with interested prospects.  Assess prospect's needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.  Deliver compelling sales pitches and address objections.  Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting   Adhere to company policies and values during interactions  Maintain regular follow-up communication to nurture leads.  Move potential customers through the sales funnel.  Negotiate terms and service agreements.  Ensure excellent customer service  Requirements   Valid Driver's License
