Role Overview: We are seeking motivated, high-energy sales professionals to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing new accounts, and — importantly — building residual commissions, as you continue earning on the accounts you bring in month after month.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, engage, and build a strong pipeline of qualified business leads. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs. Present CheaperTeam’s staffing solutions and demonstrate ROI to prospective clients. Close deals and manage the client handoff to our onboarding team. Update and maintain CRM records consistently. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, or similar industries preferred). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working in a high-activity, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with outsourced or offshore staffing models is a plus. Compensation:
