The Ideal Candidate: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in closing deals and appointment setting Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with digital marketing agencies, particularly in SEO Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Resilient and able to handle objections with grace Quick learner who can absorb and apply our extensive training materials Comfortable with high-volume calling and a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads Follow our proven scripts to book quality appointments Achieve and exceed appointment-setting targets Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales experience is a plus) Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Reliable internet connection for remote work Ability to work independently and as part of a team
