What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to qualified business leads
- Generate new opportunities through email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person networking
- Position TMBPartners' full range of services as tailored solutions for client needs
- Manage the sales cycle from outreach to close
- Collaborate with our internal team on proposals, estimates, and onboarding
- Represent TMBPartners with professionalism, strategy, and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, design, or SaaS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and proactive — you don’t wait for leads, you go get them
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative services (a plus, but not required)
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to win
