What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to qualified business leads
  • Generate new opportunities through email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person networking
  • Position TMBPartners' full range of services as tailored solutions for client needs
  • Manage the sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Collaborate with our internal team on proposals, estimates, and onboarding
  • Represent TMBPartners with professionalism, strategy, and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, design, or SaaS
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive — you don’t wait for leads, you go get them
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative services (a plus, but not required)
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to win
