Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and customer retention. Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling and product sampling and demos, to expand the customer base. Utilize negotiation and communication skills to enhance customer service and upselling opportunities. Manage accounts and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
