We are seeking B2B sales team members interested in becoming independent representatives/brokers and who have a shared passion for providing all active people the chance to continue with their sports and athletic pursuits, be it professionally, as a hobby, or just maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. We are not simply selling products, we are selling what the results of these products can do to make life better for the people that use them. We do this by researching and building the highest quality products that can do more than our competition for about half the price.

What is the commission compensation?

Our program is a straight commission of 10%. About half of accounts prepay because we can offer a 3% discount for prepayment. Otherwise, they buy - Net-30 days with the approval of credit. You will be wired commissions to your bank on the 10th of the month following the month customer payment is received.

What kind of sales support do I get?

Materials like sell sheets, price lists, and comparison guides are all provided by PlayMakar. An exclusive Liaison for the CEO and the VP of Sales provides full support to independent broker sales representatives. We have a dedicated customer service team who are available to support sales reps like you, as well as customers with special needs, replacement parts, or returns. In short, for larger opportunities, you will get additional sell-through sales support, and complete after-sale support.

Samples

As an independent broker sales representative, you are provided with samples at 50% off wholesale (no payment due for 180 days). After that date, the cost of discounted samples will be deducted from your earned commissions. Most sales reps start out with a few samples making the sample bill around $300 or less.

How much money can you make?

That really depends on you. There has been as much as a 20-fold difference between our top and bottom producing sales reps. One sales rep may earn $500 per month and another may earn $2,500 per month on the same line. The expectation is that you should be generating at least $500 to $2,000 monthly, to start. You should have consistent growth per month over time as the number of accounts you onboard expand as well as the number of products you sell. One of our reps earned over $2,000 per month brokering just one item and no tournaments. How well you do will be determined by the following factors:

• Your work ethic.
• The territory and sectors you serve.
• The categories and industries you elect to sell into.
• Your incremental effort to add major retailers from your area.
• How much of our line you will present to your buyers.
• If you are an item seller or a concept seller.
• How passionate you are about our products.
• Whether you work and sell at events (e.g. golf tournaments) doing so can double your sales volume. Some sales reps sell more units at a single event than what was sold in the store for the whole year. We are in 500 golf retail locations and in the next two months will be expanding into 1,100 sports retail stores.

We are especially looking for golf territory leaders in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, New England, and Hawaii. The rest of the country is fairly well covered specifically in golf events and golf retail.

We have large, ground floor opportunities in areas like surfing, cycling, tennis/pickleball, coaching or sports facilities that have retail departments, marathons, and endurance events series (e.g. Triathlons, Tough Mudder, etc.), Sports event planners, premium sales and clinical settings like physical therapy offices and sports medicine clinics, massage studios and chiropractic offices, promotions gift/award businesses, workwear retail, and more.
