Build and lead a sales team: Recruit, train, and mentor future sales reps to scale our revenue streams. Work with affiliates: Manage relationships with affiliates and help grow this channel. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and sales conversions. Analyze sales performance: Track key metrics, report on progress, and implement strategies to improve results. Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process with empathy and integrity. 🔑 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience closing high-ticket offers and managing a sales pipeline.
