Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with key decision-makers at large, construction and tech companies.
  • Effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our AI solution, aligning features to customer needs.
  • Deliver impactful and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and investors.
  • Facilitate and negotiate partnerships or integrations, with SaaS providers, ERP system developers, BI tool providers, and analytics companies, that enhance market reach and product value.
  • Assist in creating compelling presentations and pitches for investor meetings and funding opportunities.
  • Engage potential investors, clearly presenting our product vision, market opportunity, and growth potential.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Regularly update management on sales forecasts, performance, market trends, and opportunities.
