Job Description
We are currently seeking a Home Services Leads Sales Representative to join our sales team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and a proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to our Home Services leads product.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a solid understanding of our technology offerings, industry trends, and competition.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
- A competitive commission payout of 50% per sale.
- A monthly retainer of $1000 for 40 hours per month.
- Please note there is no hiring bonus for this position.
Sales Goals
- The sales goal for the next 12 months is $500,000.
- The average sales value range is between $150 and $500.
- The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 to 6 weeks.
