Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, set appointments, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales deals.
  • Knowledge of technology sales, outside sales, and technical sales processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Construction background is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation:

-This is a 1099 Sales Position. -We remodel Kitchens, Bathrooms and Windows throughout the DFW Metroplex. -You earn your money on commissioned sales through appointments with Home Owners in your house. -Gas reimbursement is offered.
