Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Contact and engage with warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars and other sources to promote and sell a variety of products
  • Follow-Up Calls: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have attended webinars or expressed interest in our services to nurture and close sales opportunities
  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and outreach efforts to build and expand the sales pipeline
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, providing solutions to guide them through the sales process
  • Sales Reporting: Accurately document all interactions, activities and outcomes in the CRM system to track progress and measure success
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services and industry trends to effectively communicate value and address client needs
  • Sales Support: Perform some additional customer-facing non-sales tasks to further build good will with clients and prospects

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the financial industry, financial publishing or stock trading is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules

Compensation: This is a 1099 contract position with a commission structure. Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to close sales and grow revenue.
