International Sales & Business Development Manager
Our compny is a renowned player in the food industry, providing high-quality products to Wholesale Points, Hotels, Restaurants, Food Caterers, Hypermarkets, and Supermarkets across the Middle East regions and International Markets. We're seeking an experienced International Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our global customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Solid experience: 5+ years in international B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record: Consistent success in driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and building strong relationships.
- Global perspective: Experience working with diverse cultures, markets, and customers worldwide.
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset: Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
