International Sales & Business Development Manager

Our compny is a renowned player in the food industry, providing high-quality products to Wholesale Points, Hotels, Restaurants, Food Caterers, Hypermarkets, and Supermarkets across the Middle East regions and International Markets. We're seeking an experienced International Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in international markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our global customer base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
  6. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
  7. Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Solid experience: 5+ years in international B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  2. Proven track record: Consistent success in driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and building strong relationships.
  3. Global perspective: Experience working with diverse cultures, markets, and customers worldwide.
  4. Business acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, logistics, and supply chain management.
  5. Excellent communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
  6. Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
  7. Collaborative mindset: Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
