We are currently seeking to partner with individuals who can build rapport with interested sellers over the phone and make them feel comfortable doing business with you and our company. This is a unique opportunity to be a remote team member of a national land acquisition company.

As an acquisition partner, you will be responsible for growing the property acquisition pipeline with consistent follow up to negotiate acquisitions with warm leads. Being a member of a small team, you will enjoy thinking strategically while executing quickly and tactically using our streamlined virtual buying process. 1 on 1 training will be provided for this highly rewarding opportunity for candidates that demonstrate the ability to be a top performer. During the training period, we’ll meet via video conference to go over the tasks and workflow, answer questions to ensure you are set up for success!

Responsibilities:

  • This position requires a large amount of phone and computer style work with strong customer service, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • This position will require you to contact incoming warm leads from potential sellers that have been double pre-screened by our lead managers and already presented with our offer.
  • This position will require you to respond to leads from motivated sellers via phone, text, and email on a daily basis.
  • This position will require you to communicate information and counter offers given to you by our deal underwriters.
  • This position will require you to confirm offers, negotiate, and close deals over the phone with sellers.
  • This position will require you to follow up routinely with sellers whose property sales are pending and with sellers that may be on the fence about moving forward with the selling process.
  • This position will require you to make and maintain detailed records of all interactions with sellers in our CRM.
  • This position will require you to participate in weekly meetings where we will review your performance and coach you to success.

Qualifications:

Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette is required.

2 or more years of experience in outbound phone sales preferred.

1 or more years of real estate transaction closing experience preferred.

Ability to think, prioritize, and "change gears" frequently with high problem solving aptitude required.

Ability to make consistent follow up calls to potential sellers and continue to work leads on a daily basis required.

Ability to reply to potential sellers and team members quickly throughout the day via phone, text, email and slack required.

Requirements:

You must have a high level of computer usage skills

You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise

You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer

You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption

You must be able to commit enough time daily to successfully complete required task

You must be radical about daily self- improvement

* A real estate license is not required to work as a Land Acquisition Partner.

This is a 100% remote straight commission 1099 position with a 90 day evaluation period to determine if we will be a good fit for each other. At Direct Land Offer we consider our team members in the acquisitions department as independent contractor partners rather than employees. We can issue payment to you as an individual or to an entity you own.

As a partner you will sign a partnership agreement and be enrolled into our generous profit sharing program that will allow you to build a cash flowing pipeline with performance based bonus opportunities.

The hardest part about this opportunity is surviving your first 3 months on straight commission long enough to allow your closed deal pipeline to start producing consistent cash flow. Because of this, we find the ideal candidate to be someone who falls into one of the following categories.

  1. Semi- Retired seeking supplemental income
  2. Fully Retired seeking supplemental income
  3. Part-Time Employed seeking supplemental income
  4. Full-Time Employed with very flexible schedule seeking supplemental income
  5. Self-Employed with very flexible schedule seeking supplemental income

The ideal candidate is required to have a 4 to 5 hours minimum of availability between 8AM -8PM CST daily Mon-Friday to perform required tasks. There will be zero tolerance for low production due to you having a lack of time to dedicate to the required daily task**.**

Consistent production on your part will allow you to potentially earn 75k to 100k minimum annually.
