Classic Country Land is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position based in Allen, TX, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to create your own financial success. As a Sales Executive with Classic Country Land, you have the potential to earn anywhere from $100,000 to $500,000 annually, depending on the effort, creativity, and innovative strategies you bring to the role.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, possess strong sales acumen, and have a passion for land ownership. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, engaging with prospective customers, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Independently generate leads through social media, networking, and digital marketing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Craigslist, eBay, and Google Ads.
Sales Process Management: Engage with potential customers, answer inquiries, and guide them through the purchase and financing process.
Tech-Driven Outreach: Utilize tools like BombBomb for personalized video messages and other innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Property Financing: Educate customers on down payment options ($199–20%) and financing terms (2-20 years). Explain contract-for-deed purchases, ensuring customers understand their responsibilities.
Property Research & Support: Guide customers in reviewing maps, surveys, and deed covenants, encouraging due diligence before purchasing.
Customer Relations & Retention: Maintain strong relationships post-sale, assisting with property swaps, payment tracking, and ownership questions.
Compensation & Commission
First 5 Sales: 20% commission, paid monthly at 75% of customer payments.
Sales 6-10: 15% commission, paid monthly at 50%.
Sales 11+: 10% commission, paid monthly at 50%.
Example:
Sale Price: $45,000 → 20% Commission: $9,000
Customer Down Payment ($499): You receive $374.25 (75%).
Monthly Loan Payment ($430): You receive $322 per month until commission is fully paid.
Important: If a customer stops making payments, your commission stops.

First 3 months of CRM & phone services covered; after that, contractors pay $105/month.
