National Business Development and Sales

EXPECTATIONS The Business Development Representative (BDR) will act in full faith and goodwill to maximize closed sales. BDR is expected to produce at least 100 paying customers every four weeks.

Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Email Outreach and Marketing - BDR is responsible for and expected to use email communication to engage potential clients professionally and effectively. All email communication should be done on the provided platform and tools. BDR is expected to set up and deploy series of automated emails (Sequences) with the clear purpose of persuading customers to advance in the process of becoming paying customers. Email Sequences will be set up and deployed using the tools and platform provided by Wallrug, LLC. 

Cold Calls - BDR is responsible for and expected to engage in cold-calling HOA management offices and professionals to promote the use of hoacta.app and obtain leads and referrals. BDR is expected to reach out to potential clients and their offices nationwide with a clear goal and call to action to advance convert customers.

Closing Calls - BDR is responsible for and expected to follow up on open deals or sales in progress. Closing call activity is defined as communication and outreach with the direct intent to follow up and check on open proposals, sales in progress, or unclosed deals. BDR is expected to perform Closing Calls regularly on all of their generated leads and to assist with deals generated by other means.

Client Support - BDR is responsible for and expected to support clients in a timely and professional manner. Customer Support is any activity where customers need help using or understanding our systems, tools, or processes. It includes troubleshooting with clients and potential customers, finding a solution to customer issues, and communicating with the Company for general improvements to reduce or eliminate customer
