Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamic Sales and Account Management: Be the face of Payeload, forging strong relationships through in-person interactions with our new clients. Navigate uncharted waters and establish a robust network.

Rapid Account Acquisition: Focus on quick wins by identifying potential clients, engaging proactively, and efficiently closing deals. Drive business development in a market where opportunities are ripe for exploration.

Leadership and Organization: Lead from the front with exceptional organizational skills and persistent follow-up. Take charge of building the foundation for success in a new territory. Self-Driven Performance: Operate independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation, with minimal need for direct supervision. Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: At least 2 years in Sales or Customer Service.

Skills: Excellent multitasking, customer service, communication, and negotiation skills. A knack for thriving in a dynamic environment.

Position Details:

Type: Full-time 1099 contract

Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 per year

Experience: Previous selling experience in the construction and building supply industry is preferred
