Remote Sales Partner (Multiple Verticals)
SAAR Communications is a remote-first, high-growth sales engine driving deal flow across some of the most profitable and underserved B2B verticals in the US economy. We partner with private capital, fintech, ERISA administrators, and infrastructure solution providers to bring cash-flow and compliance tools directly to decision-makers at small and mid-market businesses. Our offerings span Section 125 pre-tax health benefit plans, 24–48 hour working capital advances (MCAs), real estate wholesale, IT cost-cutting solutions, and more. All of our sales are commission-only and high-margin—with show fees, structured back-end, and zero cap on earnings.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who want freedom, performance-based income, and true leverage on their time. We provide the leads, the dialer, the CRM, the pitch flows, and the live coaching. You bring the voice, the focus, and the grit to book decision-makers and push deals to the finish line. Whether you specialize in one vertical or rotate across all five, your job is simple: identify the pain, book the meeting or application, and trigger our revenue engine. You will receive a $25 fee for every qualified appointment held (or MCA application completed), and 30% of the first-year revenue or funded spread on every deal that closes. A single 150-employee Section 125 win, for example, typically nets you over $2,000, and a funded MCA deal can pay upwards of $6,000+ depending on ticket size.
What sets SAAR apart is the profit structure. Because our delivery costs are minimal—often under 10%—we pass the majority of first-year deal value to the sales team. Our team doesn’t just sell: they generate real cash flow, with immediate payouts and zero bureaucracy. We pay show fees weekly via ACH, and commissions are released within 3–5 business days of confirmation (MCA funding or first payroll deduction in benefits). We offer transparent tracking, training, CRM access, and—most importantly—a model that keeps you earning long after most call centers would have fired you or capped your bonuses.
We’re looking for confident, outbound-driven appointment setters and closers with a hunter mentality. Experience in B2B sales, financial products, benefits, or high-ticket remote closing is a plus, but not required. You must be comfortable on the phone, able to follow a script, and capable of adapting to objections. A reliable internet connection and a USB headset are essential.
