Remote specialist in selling advertising in online media

The sales team is responsible for brands using the Medialister platform and recruiting new brands.

Our sales team plays a pivotal role in our growth strategy. We are building this team to rapidly expand our client base and identify new revenue opportunities within our existing clients, making them an integral part of our success.

Our clients are diverse and range from startups to international companies, but they all rely on Medialister to implement our sponsored content distribution mechanism.

You will play a key role in driving sales growth in this position. You will first introduce our platform to new Customers and onboard them into the system. You’ll be in constant touch with a variety of new customers from the World’s most recognized companies, successful and inspiring entrepreneurs, and people who make decisions about advertising budgets to help them make the best decisions.

Key requirements:

  • Two years of sales experience (in online advertising or digital services).
  • Experience in international sales is a plus.
  • High communication skills to work comfortably with calls and personalized email correspondence.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to change (driven by our growth in different geographic markets).
  • Sincere curiosity to learn new trends.
  • Passion for a career in sales.

Also:

  • You have a knack for Excel or Google Sheets, knowing formulas and regular expressions.
  • You have experience using applications like Crunchbase, Linkedin Sales Nav, Hunter, Snov.io.
  • You have experience using HubSpot CRM to track prospects and customers' needs.
  • You have experience selling ads on news sites.
  • You have an understanding of the digital advertising marketplace.

Duties:

  • Onboarding new customers into the system.
  • Working closely with the Medialister team to deliver high results in converting prospects into closed deals.
  • Establish contacts with potential customers by phone, e-mail, messengers, LinkedIn, and/or in-person meetings to introduce them to the system and identify their key needs and demands.
  • Hold zoom-meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop customer offers to close their press coverage needs with the help of our platform.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Deliver your sales targets.
  • Manage client's data in CRM, and ensure all communications are logged
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
