Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.Identify, contact, and qualify new prospects across the healthcare and legal sectors

Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and uncover outsourcing opportunities

Present iFIVE’s solutions using company-provided pitch decks, case studies, and pricing tools

Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted outreach strategies

Close new business and manage a clean pipeline in CRM

Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Responsibilities

  • Sell a minimum of $3,000,000 in services over the next 12 months
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, or services)
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle—from cold outreach to close
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
  • Comfort with CRM tools and virtual meetings
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Compensation

  • Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum
  • Commission: 6% per sale for 1st year 3% second year
  • Please note: There is no hiring bonus for this position

The average sales value ranges from $14,000 to $100,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 10 to 180 days. This is a W2 position.
