About the Job:
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Meet sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Maintain client relationships and manage sales pipeline.
- Generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Attend industry events to increase brand awareness and acquire new leads.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The position is a W2 hire with a salary range of $75,000 per annum. While we do not offer a hiring bonus, we do offer a commission payout of 10% per sale. The average sales value range is between $20,000 and $100,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 1-4 weeks.
Sales Goal:
The sales goal for the next 12 months is $10,000,000.
