About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
  2. Meet sales goals and targets set by the company.
  3. Maintain client relationships and manage sales pipeline.
  4. Generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  5. Attend industry events to increase brand awareness and acquire new leads.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  3. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  4. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The position is a W2 hire with a salary range of $75,000 per annum. While we do not offer a hiring bonus, we do offer a commission payout of 10% per sale. The average sales value range is between $20,000 and $100,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 1-4 weeks.

Sales Goal:

The sales goal for the next 12 months is $10,000,000.
