Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and Outreach: Identify potential clients through research and various lead generation tools. Initiate cold emails, calls, and follow-ups to introduce our services and build rapport.

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and target audience.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM. Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity to ensure seamless communication.

• Sales Pipeline Development: Nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.

• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regularly report on sales activity and progress toward goals.

Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline. • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Familiarity with cold outreach techniques and digital tools.
