Sales Associate
Client Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Must have a strong background to be considered for this position.

Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Act as the main point of contact with our customers.
Sales and Revenue Growth:

Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities within accounts with folding cartons and other packaging solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
-
Track and report on account performance on a monthly basis.
-
Relentlessly work to drive and generate new accounts.
Account Strategy and Planning:
-
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.
Communication and Presentations:
-
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry trends.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

Proactively address issues or concerns raised by clients.

Continuously strive to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate records of account activities, interactions, and sales.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

Maintain Pipeline of potential new accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills. (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)

Solid customer base in folding carton with the ability to bring those customers with you is a plus

Effective planning and organizing skills as they relate to sales, customer relationship building and market research.

Strong sales experience with selling a manufactured packaging is a must-have skill.

Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple duties/assignments effectively and efficiently.

Five (5) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service or similar work environment.
