Sales Associate

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Must have a strong background to be considered for this position.

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

  • Act as the main point of contact with our customers.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities within accounts with folding cartons and other packaging solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Track and report on account performance on a monthly basis.

  • Relentlessly work to drive and generate new accounts.

Account Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.

Communication and Presentations:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry trends.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Proactively address issues or concerns raised by clients.

  • Continuously strive to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, interactions, and sales.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

  • Maintain Pipeline of potential new accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)

  • Solid customer base in folding carton with the ability to bring those customers with you is a plus

  • Effective planning and organizing skills as they relate to sales, customer relationship building and market research.

  • Strong sales experience with selling a manufactured packaging is a must-have skill.

  • Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple duties/assignments effectively and efficiently.

  • Five (5) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service or similar work environment.
