Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and meeting the target of $450,000 for the next 12 months. Our products range from $650 to $5000, and your role will involve converting leads into customers within a sell-in cycle time of 1 to 7 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 position. The successful candidate will receive a commission payout of 20% per sale. In addition, a monthly retainer of $1 for 160 hours per month will be provided. Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.
