Sales Call Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Call Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling calls from potential clients, understanding their needs, and explaining how our services can help them succeed in their residency match process.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping future medical professionals achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound calls to prospective clients to introduce The Match Guy's services.

Understand clients' needs and provide detailed information about our residency match application services.

Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and address concerns.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex services and solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the education or healthcare industry. Knowledge of the residency match process and medical education system. Proficiency in multiple languages.
