For more than 165 years, Southwestern has trained, motivated, and coached salespeople and leaders to sell using fundamental principles that elevate the practice and perception of sales.

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Proven sales excellence with at least 7 years of sales experience preferably in direct sales (think a challenger sales style)
  • Gets stuff done
  • Self-motivated and able to work out of a home office
  • Sets a goal and then takes action to conquer it
  • Believes in having fun
  • Desire to grow their coaching business and elevate their income
  • Strong communication skills to deliver customized coaching
  • Ability to self-generate leads and build local relationships
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Advanced skills with LinkedIn and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Willingness to learn and implement all necessary skills in using our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • As a Sales Coach, you will have access to proven scripts, the curriculum and systems to use, and the schedule to run with. This is a do-whatever-it-takes career where you have a passion for building your coaching business and helping others thrive. We want people who take the bull by the horns and who get excited about making an impact.

  • Advanced skills with LinkedIn and how to teach others to use this platform in their business

  • This is a 1099 commission position.
