Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving top-of-funnel activities. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by identifying prospects, reaching out to them, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients in target markets (B2B and B2C tech startups) Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging and strategies Follow up with leads to ensure they move through the sales funnel effectively Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., number of appointments booked, leads generated) Requirements:
Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar lead generation role Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong research skills and the ability to identify high-potential prospects Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Experience in B2B tech or marketing agencies is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Fluent in English Why Work with Us:
