Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Start with an initial sales video call to establish trust and start a relationship.
  • Attend daily sales video calls and diligently follow up until the sale process is successfully concluded.
  • Close deals – persuade leads to pay the subscription fee and become clients.
  • Address daily inquiries from leads promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide ideas to improve the sales system and take ownership of every aspect of the San Francisco office.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets, especially within fields like real estate sales, financial services sales, insurance sales, or software sales.
  • Strong positive mindset, emotional intelligence and a strong relationship builder.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability and willingness to work hard under pressure to manage multiple workstreams and meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Able to commute to the San Francisco office.

Nice to Haves

  • Fluency in a European language (German, French, Dutch, Italian, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Icelandic).
  • Experience with SaaS products, Real estate agencies, or as a sales executive in a startup.
