POSITION OVERVIEW
IMAJION is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new leads, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. We are seeking a self-motivated go-getter with excellent communication skills. You must excel at connecting with potential customers through email, phone and video conferencing to demonstrate our services. We expect this position will help IMAJION meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Utilize the Company's CRM regularly to manage contacts, leads and opportunities
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 5 years of software and/or technology sales experience, with at least 2 years selling directly to the AEC industry a plus
• Ability to efficiently qualify prospective leads
• Experience with Target Account Selling (TAS) or equivalent sales tools preferred
• Extensive experience with and knowledge of HubSpot is a requirement
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
