Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Develop strong client relationships with potential and existing clients. Communicate with new and potential customers daily, ensuring they are informed about our services and can make informed decisions about the services we offer. Meet regularly with new and potential clients to discuss their needs and expectations. Build a strong referral network through good customer service practices. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Skills and Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (or experience in commercial and residential cleaning). Ability to establish contact with clients. Developed written and oral communication skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented

Payment/Compensation

Commissions - 50% of monthly charge per contract Gas allowance - $100 per month Supervisor fees: $20 per client under $500 per month contract $30 per client $500 - $1000 per month contract $40 per client $1000 - $1500 per month contract $50 per client $1500 - $2000 per month contract
