Sales representative

We are looking for a skilled and experienced sales representative to join our team and help us schedule appointments through cold calls and cold reach. Our target audience is business owners who require digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:

• Make 100 calls per day.
• Conducting cold calls and reaching out to potential clients in the sales industry.
• Using direct selling techniques to effectively communicate our products/services and generate interest.
• Building rapport and relationships with potential clients to schedule appointments.
• Following up with leads and ensuring a smooth transition to the appointment schedule.
• Track the updates in our CRM system
• Follow up with the leads until they sign the contract with us for our services.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of direct selling strategies and techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• We are looking for people who speak English fluently (if you also speak Spanish that is a plus).

You will have 2,500 contacts to call and send emails for 1 month to find interested users in the services of our company, and you will communicate with leads that contact us from our ads campaigns.

Commission Structure:

10% commission on the total contract value of each project sold. Example: If a project is valued at $2,500 per month, the commission would be $250 per month.

Client Acquisition Bonus:

$1,000 bonus each time the salesperson successfully acquires 5 clients.
