Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Reputation Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and enhancing our organization's online presence with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales or customer service, and a deep understanding of online reputation management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation techniques.
• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Business Information Services or Technology industry.
• Strong understanding and experience in managing sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Sales Goals: The sales goal for the next 12 months is $200,000.

Compensation: The average sales value range is from $5,000 to $20,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 1 to 6 months. The commission payout per sale is 5%. In addition, a monthly retainer of $1,000 for 80 hours per month is provided.
