Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities to help support the company's sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate to potential clients.
- Manage and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in Software Development, Web Services, or Web Applications industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
Sales Goal for the Next 12 Months: $1,500,000
Hire Type: W2
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000
- Commission: 12% per sale
- Hiring Bonus: Not Provided
Average Sales Value Range: $4,000 - $100,000
Average Sell-In Cycle Time: 3 - 6 days
