Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities to help support the company's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate to potential clients.
  • Manage and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in Software Development, Web Services, or Web Applications industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.

Sales Goal for the Next 12 Months: $1,500,000

Hire Type: W2

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000
  • Commission: 12% per sale
  • Hiring Bonus: Not Provided

Average Sales Value Range: $4,000 - $100,000

Average Sell-In Cycle Time: 3 - 6 days
