Job Summary:

Packing Pigeon, a leading custom packaging company, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by promoting and selling our custom packaging solutions to clients in various industries. This is a commission-based role, offering uncapped earning potential. We offer a wide range of packaging options, catering to both small businesses and large corporations. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, referrals, and online platforms.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their packaging requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our custom packaging solutions.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Utilize sales techniques and strategies to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our packaging solutions in the market.
  7. Collaborate with the internal team, including designers and production staff, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of custom packaging orders.
  8. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM software.
  9. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the sales manager to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and professional development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in commission-based sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  5. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Knowledge of custom packaging products and industry trends is a plus.
  7. Proficient in using Close.io or salesforce CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.

Compensation:

This position is commission-only, offering a highly competitive commission structure based on the value of sales generated. Commission rates will be provided during the interview process. There is no cap on earning potential, allowing top performers to achieve significant financial rewards.
