Seeking for sales person, deal/lead closer and cold caller for SEO marketing agency

The (N)Optimization team is a group of digital marketing experts. We have a team of SEO marketing and business experts who are dedicated to achieving and delivering amazing results for our clients by increasing the ranking position of their websites in Google.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for sales professionals that can primarily negotiate with clients, introduce them to our business, turn them into trusted clients, and close any deals or leads.

The "sales" person does not need to locate potential customers on their own (although they are welcome to if they wish), he/she only need to successfully negotiate with the clients which we going to bring.

We're also searching for a cold caller who will be given a list of target SEO agencies to offer our services. The cold caller will also receive a list of small businesses, such as roofing, housing, legal, and education businesses, that are struggling with their site's ranking. The cold caller should call them, and offer our business and hopefully turn them into our clients.

The cold caller or salesperson needs to have a decent knowledge about SEO and digital marketing in order to give accurate answers to clients' questions. In case you don’t have any experience with SEO, therefore, we would not be able to cooperate.

Besides cold caller, or negotiate person, we would like to hire some people that can bring us more leads by alternative methods. Like outbound or field prospector who will in some cases do telemarketing, email marketing, or go by foot to the local SEO agency or business to offer our services.

Currently, our average sale is $1300 per “regular” independent client. However, by trying to reach SEO agencies and small businesses, we’re hoping to get an avrage around $5000 per sale.

At this time, we only offer commission payments or fixed price payment per each closed sale. This commission is currently negotiable and will depend on your skills and experience.

A negotiating person will work online, so the location is not important because the job is remote. English level must be native, and your nationality, origin, and gender are not important for this place.

However, if you’re a cold caller, you should be from the UK, United States, Canada, and Australia. However, if you have a decent skill level and speak English fluently and naturally like a real US person, then we can work together even if you’re not form countries mentioned above.
