The sales positions at Kentson Car Company include the following responsibilities:

Excellent communication skills.

Customer management and retention through CRM software.

Contacting warm leads through phone, email, and text.

Overcoming customer objections.

Following up with customers on daily basis.

Helping customers situate financing/lending approval and payment options.

Sell and convert finance products.

Evaluating customer trade-in vehicles.

Sales schedule:

The dealership is open Mon-Sat.

Store hours:

10 am-7 pm Mon-Fri

10 am-6 pm Sat.

Opening and Closing Shifts

Day off during the week

Closed on the following holidays:

4th of July

Thanksgiving

Halloween

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

Day after Christmas

New Years Day

On other Holidays we may close earlier than usual.

Pay Scale

Sales pay is based on flat rate metrics along with commission percentage based on a per deal basis.

The average sales position earns $70,000-$115,000 per year with no commission caps. Many will exceed this number.
