   For the Job Intel one, I can also customize this to search for alumni of a specific school, so this could be sold at an enterprise level to alumni associations (e.g,. free to students and members).

   I can provide leads, I need someone to take a leadership role in selling these. Whoever is selected will also have a key role in product development, e.g., your ideas in talking with prospects will be incorporated into the product, marketing etc.
