Senior Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience working with companies, attracting clients, and a strong history of successful cold client acquisition with measurable results.

  • Proven track record of acquiring cold clients through cold emailing or other channels such as LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully setting meetings, achieving a high reply rate, and a strong conversion rate from previous work with a company.
  • Ability to manage replies and convert them into clients.
  • Ability to maintain professional responses in stressful situations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and skilled in using Slack and Notion.
  • Proficiency in using Notion for CRM, Outlook 365 Business Premium, and Apollo.io to find decision-maker emails for cold outreach.
  • LinkedIn account required for LinkedIn outreach.
  • Ability to develop your own cold outreach strategy to attract new clients and pitch it to us.
  • Experience with A/B testing of subject lines, email content, and outreach strategies to continuously improve response rates.
  • Ability to track outreach metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems (like Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, follow-ups, and progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and staying motivated throughout outreach efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized, compelling outreach messages.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on generating leads, closing deals, and driving business growth.
  • Ability to research and understand the target market, pain points, and decision-makers to craft highly personalized and relevant outreach.
  • Adaptability to adjust strategies based on feedback, industry trends, and new opportunities.
