Job Description

We are currently seeking a Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for selling our range of products and services to one or multiple of the following targets:

  • HCPs & Practices
  • Hospitals and Networks
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Wellness Companies
  • Medical Devices Suppliers
  • Healthcare Marketing Agencies
  • Health-Tech Startups

All sales are supported by our client support team, necessary creative collaterals and free sampling of services for the clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to reach the sales goal for the next 12 months, which is $400,000.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of our clients and offer them suitable solutions. **- Go for meetings if required, within a 100 mile radius. **
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and articulate these to potential clients.
  • Navigate through the sales cycle, which can range from 1 to 3 months.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, offering top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a similar sales role with a similar target audience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Strong understanding of the requirements in healthcare industry for Commercial Art & Graphic Design, Marketing, Writing & Editing, and Specialty Health Care Creative Services.
  • Willingness to work on a 1099 basis.

Compensation

  • Commission Payout: 20% per new sale for first 12 months, 7.5% after the first 12 months for recurring subscriptions for project lifetime.
  • Monthly Retainer: $1,000 for 80 hours per month (Negotiable against success commitments)
  • Hiring Bonus: $1,000.
