Ahoy Telecom, a leading company in the telecommunications and technology industry, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Partner. Our company specializes in providing cutting-edge solutions such as Hosted PBX, SIP Trunk Lines, SMS, Toll-Free Services, Phone Services, Unified Communications, VoIP, and products such as 3CX, Yeastar, and Weave.
Location
We are located in New Jersey, however we have customers nationwide. This is a telecommute job.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and close a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales goals.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively recommend the right solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales in the Telecom or Technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and meet sales goals.
Compensation
This is a contract (1099) position. The chosen candidate will be eligible for a 20% commission payout per sale with an average sales value range from $3,600 to $39,588. The sell-in cycle time is approximately 1 to 8 weeks.
In addition to the commission, a monthly retainer of $4,000 for 160 hours per month will be provided. We have set an ambitious sales goal of $1,000,000 for the next 12 months, and we are looking for someone who can help us achieve it.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a hiring bonus for this position.
