JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SOLAR SALES CLOSER
As an Inside Solar Sales Closer, you will be the driving force behind our Inside Sales Team! The ideal candidate is a seasoned expert in closing deals, possessing the motivation and readiness to hit the ground running. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional rapport-building skills and be adept at conveying the advantages of solar energy. Fearlessly asking for the sale is crucial. With the proper use of our provided resources and training, you will effortlessly seal deals from the get-go.
Requirements
- Complete training successfully and learn our sales scripts
- Promptly engage with pre-qualified clients who are waiting on your call
- Represent Solar Connect in an esteemed manner
- Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job
- Become a proficient solar professional with an understanding of all
- aspects of the product
- Closing deals (Once you are ready. This can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks)
- Close a (minimum) of 8 deals per month. Top agents close between
- 30-40 deals per month
